One of the most often asked questions I have received are “How should I train for trekking to Everest base camp?” As you see, the answer to that question is not set in stone, since everyone has different physical, mental abilities, goals, and determination. 1 Cardiovascular conditioningIt's useful way for you to improve by activity sustained for at least 45-60 minutes, 2-3times per week, such as running, cycling, swimming, walking and much more. The proper stretching and warm-up are very important for you to trek to Everest base camp.

2 Strength conditioning: You will get better improved by training with free weights or Nautilus machines. If you are training in the gym, you can use a "Step-Mill" machine similar to an escalator. If not, Trying for climbing the hill around your home is also a good way. If you are training in the room, be sure to do gradually train such as pull-ups, push-ups, crunches, sit-ups and much more. In these ways, you will quickly to make your body adapt to this plateau.

3 Mental conditioning: As we all well-known, when your body is physically exhausted, there is only one thing left. This is your mental strength.
