you leave Lhasa to the remote areas, the hotel facilities may be a little
worse.

Tingri County, 100km away from EBC, has the best facilities in these
three places, about 300 CNY/ person

How long does it take to visit Mount
Everest base camp?
Usually, Everest base camp tour takes you
about 8 or 11 days. As the Mount Everest base camp (5200 meters) is a high
altitude area, we recommend that you first stay at least 2-3 days in Lhasa
(3680m) to get acclimatized to high altitude and alleviate the jet lag. We also
recommend you can spend at least one day to explore EBC itself. Many travelers
stay overnight at EBC or stay at the EBC hotel so that they can get up early to
see the breathtaking sunrise of Mount Everest on the second day morning.
